We are seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) for a part-time position at our Circleville location.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $29,150 to $51,590 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week

Requirements:

• Be licensed in good standing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist in Ohio.
• Have Bible College or Seminary training and long-established personal study of the scriptures and sit under teaching ministries that support the importance of biblical principles as guidance for life's journey.
• Maintain flexible hours to accommodate client needs, including at least two evenings or a Saturday
• Provide psychotherapeutic services as is consistent with usual and customary clinical practice while also, as requested by the client, viewing the content of any session through the lens of a Christian worldview
• Maintain ethical record-keeping according to agency requirements and industry standards, including thorough and timely documentation.

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Have experience and training/education in modalities for working with couples, children, or trauma a plus (Gottman, play therapy, and EMDR and SE training preferred)
