Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Bring your experience and knowledge to an energetic and dynamic team at A&A Safety, Inc. where we are seeking a Sales/Office Assistant in our Beavercreek, OH office. This role is dynamic and will require someone energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. It’s a small office and team but staying involved is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and help with basic office duties right away but will be trained in the details of the position.

The Sales/Office Assistant must be a self-starter, able to work independently and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment while contributing to company growth.


The Sales/Office Assistant's responsibilities include:

  • General Office Duties – answering phones, helping customers, assisting with sales and rental orders, filing
  • Assist walk-in customers - data entry for sales and rental orders, processing credit card payments
  • Entering new contracts – data entry into our accounting software, creating and maintaining files
  • Obtaining insurance certificates
  • Shipping/Receiving of mail and packages
  • Entering product certifications
  • Ordering office supplies


Requirements for the Sales/Office Assistant position are:

  • 1-3 years of administration experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Basic math skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in these categories a plus, but not required:
    • ODOT, CMS and Material Certifications
    • Knowledge of Certified Payroll
    • Accounting Software
  • Notary Public preferred but not required
