Department: Supported housing- Sussex
Salary: $56,000- $60,000
Location: 93 Stickles Pond Road, Newton, NJ
Work hours: Hours: M-F, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Full time- 40 hours weekly)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Social Worker-Licensed/Wellness Clinician-Licensed, LSW or LAC is the lead clinical person for the team, providing Initial Comprehensive Rehabilitation Needs Assessments, skill assessment, rehabilitation planning in conjunction with the team, and clinical supervision for team members. The Wellness Clinician-Licensed, LCSW, LPC or LMFT ensures that clinical interventions are effective, stage-based and tied directly to the individualized recovery goal plans of the people receiving services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program
- LSW or LAC required,
- CPRP preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience working with persons with mental health disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
