Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: As our General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff performance. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service, while also ensuring quality standards are met. You will be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies, as well as ensuring a safe and secure environment. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deal with customer inquiries or complaints. As our General Manager, you will plan special events, review marketing strategies, and ensure that financial goals are met. Additionally, you should maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure the best quality supplies and services are provided. Finally, you must possess the ability to lead and motivate staff members to reach common goals.

Qualifications:

The General Manager must have experience with reservation systems (Open Table)

Experience with special vents and parties is preferred for the General Manager

The General Manager must have experience leading a $3M+/year restaurant concept

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data is required for the General Manager

The General Manager should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues that may arise in day-to-day operations, as well as long-term challenges that may affect the business.
