Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dealer Account Support professional to join our team. As a Dealer Account Support professional, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and customer service assistance to the account management team. Your organizational skills and commitment to client satisfaction will contribute to the smooth operations and success of our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and providing timely and professional responses.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Order Processing: Assist in processing client orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the account management team to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and order status to clients and internal teams.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product availability for clients.
  • Client Meetings: Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, including preparing meeting materials and agendas.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with billing and invoicing processes, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of automotive products, features, and benefits to assist clients effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative or customer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.

Skills

  • Client Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Documentation: Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Order Processing: Basic understanding of order processing procedures.
