Pool Construction & Sales Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales process for pool construction projects, including client consultations, needs assessment, and proposal development.
• Oversee all phases of pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers involved in pool projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site evaluations and assessments to develop accurate project specifications and quotes.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure project designs meet client expectations and compliance standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pool construction sales and project management.
• Strong understanding of pool construction techniques, materials, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
• A strong sales track record and ability to meet sales targets.
• Professional certification or training in construction management, pool design, or related fields is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
