Salary:
As the Frontier Cove Building Maintenance Manager you will work to create clean, safe, and attractive facilities for our guests and campers to enjoy God's creation, rest, fellowship, have fun, and find spiritual renewal. You will help preserve the backbone of Frontier Cove (the facilities), creating a space where guests and campers can come to encounter God.
About You:
- You have a God given desire for ministry, exhibiting Christlike character and professionalism in your behavior, language and attitude, and will hold others to the same.
- You are a collaborator and communicate well with coworkers.
- You are teachable.
- You can systematically think through and manage multiple projects at once.
- You are self-motivated and take initiative in your work.
- You have a good understanding of the technical features of buildings (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- You have a license in AC repair (can be attained after hired).
