Partner Relations and Prayer Lines Assistant

As a global ministry, we are seeking a Christ-centered Partner Relations/Prayer Lines Assistant who is called to be part of our team and skilled to help increase Faith Life’s global reach. The basic role of this position would be to take inbound prayer line calls and customer service calls for Faith Life Church which includes Pastor Gary Keesee Ministries and Pastor Drenda Keesee Ministries. This would also include making outbound calls for these ministries along with Partner Calls, Donor Calls, Event Calls and Disaster Calls. Other duties include prayers of inbound mail prayer requests, importing prayer requests into each ministry database, running reports for Gary Keesee Ministries/Drenda Keesee Ministries Prayer Lines Partnership and assist with daily activities and events at Faith Life Church.

• Inbound Calls
  • Takes Inbound Prayer Line Calls for GKM/DKM
  • Takes Inbound Customer Service Calls for GKM/DKM
  • Takes Inbound Partner Calls for GKM
• Outbound Calls
  • Makes Outbound Calls for GKM/DKM (to include Partners, Donors, Events, and Disasters)
• Inbound Mail
  • Prayers and Inbound Mail Prayer Requests
  • Imports Prayer Requests into Database
• Reporting – pulls extensive reporting for our GKM/DKM Prayer Lines and Partnership
• General Assistant for Prayer Lines/Partnership
  • Assist with daily activities and events
  • Assist with GKM/DKM events

Work Requirements:

• 2 or more years in a related field
• Strong administration experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Google Drive
• Must actively attend Faith Life Church

The ideal candidate would be able to work a flexible schedule, Monday – Friday. Training will take place during normal business hours (9am-5pm). After properly trained, this position would work Noon-7pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
