Pay plan is as followed:

  • Hourly pay
  • Bonus for reaching the Customer Satisfaction Index benchmark.
  • Bonus for closing tickets that you’ve generated.
  • Bonus for reaching Team goals as defined by management.

What We Need from You- Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment.
  • Generate repair orders for customers.
  • Dispatch the job to the proper technician.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
  • Presenting the estimate of repairs needed to customers and being knowledgeable in a way that customers will understand.
  • Calculate customer’s payment.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service.
  • Any additional training or responsibilities as deemed necessary by Service Manager

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Continuing education/training that has been outlined by Service Manager
  • Experience working in cashier/credit card systems preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility with schedule to work weekends (if needed)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Must be able to manage relationships across all channels and levels.
