We are seeking a candidate to fill our Union Representative position on our already successful team. The harder you work, the more you make. This is truly a rewarding role. First year average earnings are $65,000, with potential of $72,000 with bonus.
DESCRIPTION: AIL Globe Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Associate position to work in a professional environment. Management and advancement opportunities are available and extensive management/leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary. Corporate Training with Kertulis University's world-class training program within our Mentor-ship Model. Also new agents receive hands on one on one training with the top leaders within the organization.
