Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Inbound Calls: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Policy Customization: Create tailored insurance plans that align with clients' requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' insurance coverage.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Requirements
Active Kansas Property & Casualty License preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to, follow-thru and follow-up.
Professional phone etiquette.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Background Check.
