Must be able to work at 6am some days and close some days at 6:00 pm 2 days off per week 

Essential Functions:

Guets Expérience :

?       Greet all guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service

?       Create a rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite products

?       Educate guests and provide information on all food, beverage and marketplace products

?       Operate their assigned store station (Cashier, Barista or Food Prep)

?       Resolve guest complaints and guest services issues

?       Conduct daily store walkthroughs to ensure alL (DOH) Regulations and orderly FOH

?       Help maintain consistent high product standards and brand experience

Store Operations

?       Open their assigned store and work with the opening team to prepare the store for daily operation

?       Supervise the closing of their assigned store so that it’s properly cleaned and set up for the following day’s operation

?       Supervise cashier’s cash register operations, including: transaction reviews, opening / shift change / closing cash counts and register balancing.

?       Prepare bank deposits and make bank deposit runs.

?       Assist  daily inventory management activities (including counts and product reorders)

?       Conduct new team member training 

?       Communicate with team members and management to solve problems, improve service quality and store processes.

?       Support a positive work environment

?       Other duties and side work as assigned
