Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team!
At Brothers Integrated Technologies we install building technology: audio-video, security, fire alarm and networking! Our technicians perform installations inside educational facilities, corporate settings and on new construction.
A day in the life as an Office Manager:
- Ensuring our business runs smoothly
- Holding team members accountable to complete tasks
- Review and analyze job costing spreadsheets
- Prepare customer invoices
- Provide direction to the Bookkeeper
- Office management: Set and hold meetings
- Keep office documentation up to date
- Collect customer invoices
Requirements to join our team:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a managerial administrative role
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Drive
- Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor
Ideal candidate:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team
- Experience with Zoho and Gusto preferred

The Office Manager position is a full-time, benefit eligible position with a schedule Monday through Friday in our Vandalia office.
