Salary:

BC US LLC was established in 2012 near Immokalee Florida, approximately 40 miles due east of Naples Florida. The site serves as a breeding, holding, and quarantine facility for Mauritian origin macaques. Together with our high-level of care and enrichment programs, we ensure that the company oversees a program of the highest standards providing non-human primate models for life-saving biomedical research programs to pharmaceutical companies, CRO’s as well as Universities.

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our growing team in Immokalee, FL!


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Generate the processing form for the Processing Department. (For orders and on-site process).
  • Received the paperwork and made sure all is correct and complete.
  • Enter all processed data on IAMS.
  • Enter daily treatments, medical records, and colony census records in the database.
  • Update the database with colony health test results.
  • Communicate test results to relevant team members per protocol.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and respond to all client inquiries, requests, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clientele via phone and email correspondence.
  • Import and Export planning, documentation, and organization.
  • Coordinate transportation for imports and exports.
  • Keeping the team informed of all activities performed.
  • Plan and prepare shipment procedures, and processing events.
  • Create and track all projects through various reports.
  • Responsible for tracking work performed by various teams and providing detailed and organized documentation to accounting for invoicing.
  • Develop a working knowledge of import and export regulations including maintaining and creating proper documentation and permitting.
  • Develop expertise in veterinary data management using company database.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field preferred.
  • Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
  • Client services: 1 year (Required

  • Working knowledge of project controls and scheduling
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to read, interpret, and prepare documents, & reports. Ability to communicate report findings and lead a productive discussion
  • Must be available to work hours as necessary as dictated by work volumes.


Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Additionally, the employee must be able to work from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and/or on weekends and holidays as needed.
