• Prepare remarket, cross sale and new business quotes as needed.
• Process endorsements and document in the Agent Management System. ( Hawksoft )
• Track renewal policies and payments
• Handle Billing Questions and Payments as needed.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers.

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
