The Fairfield Madison South is looking for an experienced, outgoing, detail-orientated Operations Manager to join the Team!
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out. Provide direct guidance and leadership to the Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Housekeeping Departments and interactive engagement with the Engineering and Sales Departments. Ensure consistent compliance with all Hotel Policies, Brand Standards and play a key role in driving quality guest service at all levels of hotel operations. Responsible for the ongoing success of hotel operations in conjunction with and/ or in the absence of the General Manager.
