Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Whitehall, MI. As the Head Chef at N4 Hospitality, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation, inventory management, menu development, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will lead and mentor kitchen staff, collaborate with restaurant management, and help create a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Experience in recipe development and menu planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and how to maintain sanitation in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to stand and move around the kitchen for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
