MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Are you a skilled Maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? Seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead Maintenance team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities. From machine servicing to building maintenance, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and effective work environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directing associate in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
- Assisting in diagnosing and correcting machinery malfunctions.
- Overseeing the dismantling, assembling, and installation of industrial machinery.
- Managing parts inventory and developing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining records for historical machine performance and repair history.
- Collaborating with Operations and Engineering for process improvement.
- Addressing critical situations to minimize factory downtime.
- Recommending and managing outside contractors when needed.
- Handling building and facility maintenance, including HVAC, fire protection, and security systems.
- Leading human resource activities such as recruitment, coaching, counseling, performance management, and employee development.
QAULIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a factory environment with varying ambient temperatures.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Lean practices and Electrical/HVAC license.
- Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Familiarity with production systems and processes.
- Analytical thinker with expertise in electrical power distribution and PLCs.
- Significant knowledge in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Understanding of OSHA standards and crisis management.
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaker preferred.
- Blueprint reading skills.
