Net average after fuel $3,300
$1.87 Loaded / $1.62 Empty + FSC on ALL Miles
*Pay per mile includes $0.20 freight surcharge that is reevaluated month to month
This includes a $0.15(loaded mile only) extra pay based on weight hauled
