Banner Health’s Thunderbird Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Progressive Care / Telemetry Unit. This is our 3rd Floor Surgical/Vascular Unit. Telemetry experience is preferred, however, we will consider all areas of nursing and train a new to service nurse. We are currently seeking experienced PCU Nurses but at this time we are accepting application for those that have Telemetry, ICU, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Medical/Surgical or any other acute or critical care background. The Progressive Care Department (PCU) at Banner Thunderbird will provide a solid cardiac foundation that creates an outstanding cardiac nurse who can leverage this experience to advance in areas such as the Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency Department (ED) and Operating Room (OR). PCU nurses are highly recruited for their critical thinking skills, which are developed through the acuity of patients we care for.
