Job Details

Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate P&L management, develop adequate inventory and spending procedures, and collaborate on annual budgets.
Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices for process improvement, efficiency, and compliance.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with General Managers to develop financial forecasts and engage in monthly P&L critiques.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide department heads, fostering a culture of financial responsibility and teamwork.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company standards, manage contracts and agreements, and handle all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
