Description

Summary

The HubSpot Technology Developer is a member of the Corporate Strategic Services, Digital Services team and assists in driving our business strategy by supporting the strategy, culture, and implementation of the PlayCore Digital Framework across our family of brands. The position will serve as our go-to-expert on all things HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, CMS, Ops, and Service Hub), including building custom automations/workflows and implementing Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops, and Service Hubs, as well as related integrated technologies. This position will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot environment to standardize our technology systems and integrations, implement our Lead Management Playbook best practices, and streamline our marketing, sales, and service processes, as well as enhancing our brands' overall experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent technical capabilities, proven collaboration skills to champion change in partnership with our marketing and brand teams, and a strong passion to drive digital transformation that delivers business growth through integrated data driven decision making and disciplined processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HubSpot Technology Management and Support

  • Serve as the go-to expert on all things HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops, and Service Hubs. Continuously stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, best practices, and industry trends and support implementation across our brands.
  • Create, implement, and optimize HubSpot features such as landing pages, forms, dashboards, automation workflows, lead scoring, contact segmentation, etc. to improve lead management, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Create and implement solutions tailored to meet the standardized implementation of our Lead Management Playbook best practices and the unique needs of our family of brands, leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to drive marketing, sales, and service integration and data-driven outcomes.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Technology Manager to ensure PlayCore's sales and marketing technologies are appropriately integrated with HubSpot.
  • Manage a portfolio of HubSpot integrated technologies, including SurveyMonkey, Issuu, Cadmium/Elevate LMS, etc., to ensure technologies are properly maintained and integrated as scoped with HubSpot.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between HubSpot account team and third-party partners to keep abreast on the product release roadmap, certifications, training opportunities, etc in an effort to leverage our collective investment with HubSpot and our partner network.

Data Analysis

  • Implement standardized dashboard and reporting processes to ensure tracking and reporting on KPI's across our family of brands for continuous quality improvements.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and customer service interactions using HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools to proactively advise on technical optimizations needed within each HubSpot account.

Brand Support

  • Provide HubSpot technical support and training to both internal teams (PlayCore and CORE) and the family of brands, helping them make the most of HubSpot's technical capabilities.
  • Work with PlayCore and CORE's marketing team to ensure best in class implementations and nurture technical processes for lead hand-offs to our family of brands and the ability to track ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with brands to establish, maintain, and consult on processes and solutions aligned to PlayCore's integration roadmap and lead management playbook.
  • Intake requests from both internal teams (PlayCore and CORE) and the family of brands to assist in the technical support and execution for various marketing technologies including SurveyMonkey, Issuu, Cadmium/Elevate LMS, etc.

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of HubSpot experience implementing new HubSpot accounts, building custom automations, account optimization, etc.
  • HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience working in various marketing technologies, automation, and CRM systems and integrating those systems with other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge of the RevOps framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or other related field.


Travel

  • Up to 15%

Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, technical systems requirements, and associated resources.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot's full technical capabilities, third-party integrations, and best practice on using HubSpot's full tech stack to full potential.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to distill technical information into digestible insights and champion change management for implementation.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others to serve a diverse brand portfolio.
  • Approach change with curiosity and are open to adapting processes to keep pace with the rapidly growing technical/HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple, and often overlapping, key initiatives.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to predict challenges and seek to proactively overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to analyze data to influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to communicate with brand stakeholders and subject matter experts.
