As a Vendor Data Coordinator, you will be responsible managing and organizing information related to vendors or suppliers within the company. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor data, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating efficient business operations.
Responsibilities of theVendor Data Coordinator role include:
- MUST HAVE experience of risk assessment and quality documentation in manufacturing field
- Maintain and update vendor records in the company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular audits of vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Generate and maintain reports on vendor performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies
