Vaco is partnering with a large corporate client in Columbus to assist in the search for a contract Operations Analyst.. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the placement and disposition of our over-the-road equipment across various operating sites. Utilizing established tracking tools and standard operating procedures, you will monitor the progress of individual units, identify potential bottlenecks, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of any delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the movement and status of over-the-road equipment using Excel-based tracking tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the equipment placement process.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance managers, site teams, and third-party service providers via email, instant messaging, and phone calls.
- Perform light data entry tasks and assist with ad hoc projects related to fleet management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
This is a hybrid role, with three days spent in-office and two days working remotely. The expected term of assignment for this position is 3 to 9 months.
