Immediate Openings for Collections Specialists in Pompano Beach!

$18 - $21/hr + Monthly Bonus up to $1,000!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

2 years of Consumer Loan Collections experience is needed.

We are currently looking for experienced, bi-lingual consumer loan collectors who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Skills and Responsibilities of the successful candidate:

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills required. The position may require communication with customers via phone, email, text and chat.

• Expert negotiation skills. Utilize negotiation skills and overcome objections to persuade customers to resolve delinquency on their auto loan.

• Utilize and master multiple software solutions for loan management, payment processing, skip tracing and more.

• Be a SAFCO Credit Builder! Educate customers on the benefits of building credit while utilizing tools and programs to help customers achieve their credit goals.

• Identify, resolve, and report problems to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

• Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while assisting the customer and creating account documentation.

• Perform light skip tracing on delinquent accounts.

• Perform other duties as required.
