Our reputable construction and restoration company in North Attleboro is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team starting this Monday.

Position: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Location: North Attleboro

Pay: $24 per hour

Start Date: Monday

Responsibilities:

- Process invoices accurately and timely

- Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries

- Assist with month-end closing activities

- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an office environment preferred, but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills
