Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Nurse. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as healthcare system policies and procedures. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately pleting visit procedures, collecting information from study patients, and safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of research participants. Additionally, you will provide support to research customers, including patients considering participation in clinical research protocols and principal investigators conducting research involving human subjects. Adherence to the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity and quality of clinical trials in pliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Accurately plete visit procedures and collect data from study patients according to protocol specifications.
• Protect the health, safety, and welfare of research participants throughout the duration of clinical trials.
• Provide support and guidance to research customers, including patients considering participation in clinical research protocols and principal investigators conducting research involving human subjects.
• Adhere to the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of clinical research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current RN license in California.
• Clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing clinical research.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Certification in Clinical Research (CCRP) preferred.
