Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivables (AR) Clerk
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading marketing organization and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to their growing team. Our client is rapidly growing and seeking a team member to join their growing company. Business has exceeded pre-covid levels, and is continuing to outpace. This company has such a fun culture!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE:
- The Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
- Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
- Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Solid computer skills
