- Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
- Investigate reports and sheets of data
- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
- Search the internet for information
- File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete- Proven typing accuracy
- Strong familiarity with Computer Data Entry
- Expertise in navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- Scanning experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Office Equipment
- Collecting Payments experience highly desired
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
