The long-term contract / temporary Bookkeeper will work in the Rochester, New York area.

Your responsibilities

- Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

- Settle accounts by reconciling entries

- Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

- Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

- Conduct and manage the general ledger

- Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions- About Time experience desired

- Well-founded grasp of Accounting Functions

- Schedule Interviews experience highly desired

- Proven knowledge of Review Resumes

- Command of auditing

- Bookkeeping Functions experience

- Proficiency in Phone Presenc

- Experience using accounting software

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
