Babysitter for 15month old boy - Full-time / Part-time

Loving family of three, son is 15 months old, parents work full time m-f. Care for the baby between 9-4:30 with regular schedule, meals and snacks throughout the day, lots of playtime and a warm milk bottle with one good mid day nap. At our house or yours? Husband works from office in home.
