Job Description:

CDL A OTR Company Driver
Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers. After training you will be running OTR 48 States. Experienced drivers are highly desired too!

Job Details

• Running lanes are all 48 States OTR
  
• 100% No Touch Reefer freight
  
• Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
  
• Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 6 months experience.
  
• Home time every 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset.
  
• Orientation in Las Vegas
  
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  
• Miles a week is 2000-2500.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.
  
• After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1500-$1800 a week
  
• Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
  
• $5 for the first stop. $15 each additional stop.
  
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
  
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
  
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
  
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
  
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
  
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of unemployment.
  
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
