Occupational Therapist

• Salary: $34,320 -$58,500. Compensation dependent on experience.*
• Part Time, Flexible Hours based on Case Load

Qualifications:

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
• Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date)
