Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a local housing agency in the Brainerd Lakes Area in the search for a full-time Housing Coordinator. A successful candidate will be responsible for briefing prep, housing search, landlord recruitment to help applicants find housing in Crow Wing County. The Housing Coordinator will build relationships with private landlords and property managers, provide housing tenancy support, direct housing search services, and assisting applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in related field or two years’ experience in position with similar job duties, relevant education, training and experience that meets the requirement to successfully accomplish the assigned duties and
responsibilities. Experience with windows-based computer software application is required. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
