Description:

This position is responsible for solving Athena issues and providing immediate support to clinic staff. You will use email and chat applications to give employees quick answers to simple Athena issues.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Continue to stay current on all updates made to Athena software.
  2. Providing support to clinic staff and being the first point of contact for password reset, login issues, system issues, including account setup.
  3. Serving as the first point of contact to IT and/or vendor support for Athena issues within the organization.
  4. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve Athena issues.
  5. Taking ownership of Athena issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  6. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate member of management.
  7. Talk employees through a series of step-by-step actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved the Athena issue.
  8. Maintain jovial relationships with clinic staff.
Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school or GED diploma required with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Athena software. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
