Who You Are:

The Home Health LPN provides professional nursing services in accordance with physicians’ orders or plan of care. The Home Health is responsible for determining the nursing problems for an assigned group of patients/residents, making plans to solve them, initiating the plan or assigning others to implement it, and evaluating the extent to which the plan was effective in resolving the problems identified. PRN visit(s) week days and weekends, covering vacations, etc. Completes training as required by policy. Supportive of the Friendship Village mission, vision and values. Each visit will be paid according to the type of visit(s) which will range from $50.00 to $130.00 per visit.
