Position Summary

We are looking for individuals to participate in our Summer Turnover of vacant units by preparing them for occupancy in a timely manner. Our ideal candidates possesses a willingness to learn and desire to apply their skills to accomplish their teams assignments.

The Seasonal Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing any necessary repairs or replacement of items in the unit in various disciplines common to a maintenance technician - i.e. electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and general labor.

The Seasonal Painter is responsible for completing any necessary paint related repairs including preparation of surfaces, filling and/or repairing holes, sanding and application of primer, paint, stains and other finishes.

Work Location: Multiple Locations in Chico

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills including Email and has the ability to learn new systems such as our scheduling system.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have a smart phone

• Professional appearance, respectful, and a team player
• Must have positive energy, be responsible, care genuinely and be open and willing to grow

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Reliable vehicle, truck (Required)

Compensation details: 19-23 Hourly Wage
