Custom Performance Roofing is a regional roofing company and is looking for Outside Sales Representatives in the Charlotte metro area (Pineville, Matthews, Gastonia, Concord, Kannapolis, Mooresville, Statesville, Hickory). We are looking for self motivated, eager, career oriented individuals who desire to earn significant wealth. The Outside Sales Representative position will require you to work in a professional door to door sales environment. Prior sales experience is preferred but we also welcome enthusiastic learners. We do not cap commission and do not have territory restrictions. You will be a part of a quickly growing company where your work ethic and drive will make a real impact.

Required: Motivated People with Sales Experience / Car Sales, Insurance Agents, Originators, Alarm Sales, Door to Door Sales

Pay: Average Sales Reps Earn $80k

We are looking for self motivated, eager, career oriented individuals who desire to earn a high income. The Outside Sales Representative position will require you to work in a professional door to door sales environment.

Prior sales experience in outside sales with a successful track record is preferred; but willing to train a highly motivated, goal oriented, and enthusiastic sales person with a positive attitude. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills are necessary. If you are willing to be trained, prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Door to Door Sales and Cold Calls to Generate New Business
• Handle Closing Deals, Contract Signing, and Excellent Communication with Customers and Contractors
• Follow Custom Performance Roofing Process & Procedures

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
