ROOFX is a growing roofing contractor in the greater Harrisburg area. We are looking for Project Managers that can represent ROOFX in the field.

Our dynamic, rapidly-growing company is looking for an energetic Project Manager / Sales Rep in Harrisburg. Our most successful team members have excellent customer service and time management skills and a drive to succeed. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk!

As a Project Manager, you’ll run the show and be the face of ROOFX to the customer; from roof inspection/estimates, identifying opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring projects get carried out with technical expertise.

Our Project Managers

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by using a combination of leads, cold calling, referrals, and word-of mouth referrals.
• Make outbound lead calls; follow-up with potential and existing customers in person or by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
• Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Provide product demos to qualified customers on request, emphasize product and service features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
• Manage expectations of all customers; estimate date of delivery to the customer, based on production and delivery schedules.
• Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing customers.
• Oversee teams on projects and installations.
• Daily inspections of damaged roofs, gutters and siding.
• Travel daily in assigned territory to meet with customers.

The Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in sales, construction, or working in an outside environment is a plus.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to get on roofs.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to travel overnight, when needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Work location: on the road.
