  • Maintenance Technicians (yellow) are tasked with maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure minimal downtime due to mechanical issues. Production equipment consists of machines such as mill/lathes, CNC, Hydromats, Mori Seiki, Mazaks, Citizens Reillo, Acme and Davenports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Required:

· Mechanical

· Drivetrain – Gear boxes and clutches

· Bearing diagnostics

· Hydraulics

· Oil types, Pressures, Flow

· Controls; valves

· Rebuilding cylinders

· Electrical

· Basic Industrial 3 phase up to 600V

· Single phase up to 220V; Single phase AC 110V

· Mechanical switches

· Use of DMM

· Amperage

· Motors – AC & DC, Low voltage DC and high voltage DC to 600V

· Relay Logic

· Servo drives and motors

· Motion controls and logic

· Pneumatics

· Cylinders and valves

· Solenoid controls

· Cylinder valve construction and rebuilds

· Plumbing

· Soldering

· PVC

· Oxy-Acetylene

· Assembling sch 40 pipe/fittings

Preferred

· CNC Controller

· Basic knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi

· Welding

· Stick, Tig & Mig

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION:

Required:

· Minimum 3+ years in an equivalent maintenance position

· Must be high school graduate or equivalent

· Technical school or advanced training preferred

· Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability

· Ability to perform work in a safe manner

· Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing

· Must be a team player and willing to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and engage in continuous personal development

· Ability to lift 45 pounds and perform repeated physical tasks
