Accounting Associate

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounting Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $75,000 year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day accounting operations, including: AP, AR,AR and Payroll

• Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records

• Accurate and timely account reconciliations

• Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner

• Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 3 way matching experience required

• Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel

• Must be organized and have great attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
