CNC Maintenance Technician

M-THURS 7am- 4:30pm, F 7am-11am with optional OT

Position Summary:

Level Three – Level three mechanics are master mechanics who work without supervision to perform all NC machine related issues, including all levels of troubleshooting and repair, demonstrating the ability to read blue prints, interact with NC controls, assemble and disassemble NC machines, while serving as either a mechanical or technical SME.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

This position requires a self-motivated NC Field Service Engineer who demonstrates the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. Employee should have comprehensive background in N/C controls including ladder logic and trace diagnostics. Employee should have the ability to effectively inspect, diagnose, and repair all machine equipment and support equipment with a comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/ pneumatic circuits. Must have the ability to retrofit OEM components.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years complex CNC repair experience
• Extensive FANUC controls knowledge
• Horizontal and vertical machining knowledge
• General computer skills/ navigation
• Cooperation with a team
• Great communication skills

Level of Education:

• High School Diploma, 2 years Vocational Training
