Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a position at a NATUROPATHIC physicians office.  

Requirements:

R.N. License with at least 4 years experience.

Excellent phlebotomy skills. (Must)

Attention to detail

Can multi-task

Team player (we don't do drama)

Takes initiative to do and see things that need to be done without always having to be asked

Helpful:

It would be extremely helpful if this person had a knowledge of natural medicine.  As an office that teaches natural ways to do things, this would be helpful if it was practiced by the applicant as well.  Patients struggle to relate to someone who knows nothing about natural medicine.

Any experience with ozone treatments

Daily duties:

Our office provides many different kinds of treatments.  Nurses provide patients with the following treatments per doctor orders: sport physicals, nutritional IV's, blood ozone treatments, k-laser treatments, vitamin injections, hyperbaric therapy, super human protocol therapy (which includes PEMF mat, Theralight bed, and exercise with oxygen), and Emsella treatments (a chair that patient sits on and helps with incontinence/sexual dysfunction).  Nurses chart all procedures.  Nurses also follow-up with patients making phone calls.  The area that they work in is to be kept clean and tidy.  At end of day, they gather trash, refill water caraff, and collect laundry into a bag.  A portion of IV inventory will be given to this position to keep track of and reorder as needed.
