Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, incorporating functional tests and social factors to determine personalized treatment plans.

• Demonstrate proficiency in documentation within our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record system.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to provide seamless care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Embrace physically demanding tasks, ensuring the safety and comfort of both yourself and your patients.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy and apply them effectively in your practice.

Requirements:

• Graduation from a four-year bachelor's degree-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid permanent license as a Physical Therapist from the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time acute care experience OR 2 years of skilled nursing/inpatient rehab facility experience OR 2 years of acute care experience (if part-time).
• Completion of 2 hours of CVA-specific continuing education within the last 4 months.
