Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to manage 25+ machinists. We are seeking someone familiar with machine shop operations and scheduling and planning jobs in a smaller machine shop.

Responsibilties:

  • Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of shop associates
  • Production planning and scheduling jobs for machines
  • Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
  • Generate employee efficiency reports

Qualifications:

  • 5+ of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment
  • 2+ Leadership/supervisor experience
  • Experience planning/scheduling jobs using an ERP
  • Experience running employee efficiency reports daily
  • Comfortable being 100% on the plant floor
  • AS9001 knowledge
  • Experience with internal audits
