Finance Analyst (ONSITE)

Financial Analyst (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client in Wyckoff, NJ.

Pay Rate: $85k plus bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Finance Analyst will report to the VP, Finance and be primarily responsible for all claims management and banking administration associated with a portfolio of captive clients. The successful applicant will be a dynamic and highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills and the proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Leading the claims management process including reporting and reconciliations for client companies.
• Managing bank administration and associated reconciliations, including insurance accounts receivable and payable reconciliations.
• Assisting with the underwriting and ongoing renewal process for captive clients, including policy administration.Assist with external and internal audit processes.

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting within the banking or insurance industry
• Demonstrable experience in all aspects of claims management
• Prior experience of banking administration with both local and overseas banks
• Solid understanding of underwriting techniques across a broad range of business lines
• Ability to engage effectively at all levels, including with senior client personnel
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Demonstrable advanced computer literacy skills, including Excel
