Our clinic is a fast-paced integrative Center for Restorative Healing that offers a variety of healthcare options including non-surgical pain relief and restorative medicine that includes acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV therapy- amongst other advanced modalities. Our focus is Longevity, Brain Health, and Degenerative Brain Disorders. We provide our patients with solutions to stop, slow and reverse symptoms of brain diseases. Furthermore, we have the tools for our patients to achieve longevity, so they can do what they love well into their 90s.

We are currently looking for the RIGHT person to make that great first impression of our clinic with our patients.
Our purpose is to help as many people as possible to get well naturally through integrative medicine.

You must be detail oriented, have excellent communication and patient-facing skills, and be able to multi-task in a busy office environment and desire to help people on their healthcare journey.
Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, must have front office experience, sales experience, be an executive quality professional who desires a dynamic role in an expanding medical practice with the potential to grow in their career.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
-Professionally answer multi line phones, greet & schedule patients
-Facilitate patient flow and clinic services to achieve an efficiently functioning clinic while providing high quality patient care at all times
-Private pay billing knowledge
-Assure clinic is properly opened and closed and perform routine clinic maintenance- when needed
-Accept, record and apply/allocate payments, reconcile daily transactions, create and administer patient payment plans- (in excel)
-Oversee day to day business operations, set and maintain energetic tone of clinic, promoting a welcoming, healthy, healing and positive environment
-Daily financial reconciliations
-Work with Practice Manager/COO to implement, develop and maintain processes and quality standards
Responsibilities will be expanded as the role is successfully absorbed.
Requirements include:
-High School diploma required
-Minimum two (2) years' experience in medical reception or health-care related field
-Knowledge of integrated medicine or openness to learn functional medicine
-Knowledge of or interest in restorative medicine
-Experience and proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records, practice management/ scheduling systems,
-Experience and proficient working knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Suite- Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook etc.
-Proficiency and comfort with basic administrative skills including answering phones, scheduling patients, greeting patients, filing, data entry into a practice management system, ordering supplies, basic knowledge of daily reconciliations
Job Type: FULL TIME (approx. 40 hours/wk.)
Location: Park City Utah
Pay Range $18-20/hr. +
Classification: Hourly
