NOOTER is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our project management team at the Ascend Battery Recycling Plant in Pembroke, Kentucky. The role is responsible for administration of direct and indirect company spending along with developing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers. Additionally, this individual is responsible for negotiating contracts for material, equipment, supplies, and services along with overseeing, advising, and approving company purchases.

• Source, obtain approvals, and purchase materials, equipment, supplies, and services.
• Request pricing for project managers and estimators as needed.
• Facilitate subcontract process from start to execution including change orders.
