Colorado Autism Consultants is dedicated to bringing equitable access to evidence-based therapies to individuals of unique abilities throughout our beautiful state. We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team in Monte Vista, Colorado. Prospective team members would be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in this tight-knit rural community, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members.
Prospective new team members should possess:
*A minimum of a Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
*A minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
*A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
*A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
*A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities.
*Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record , and background check a must.
