Mason Crew Member/ Crew Leader (Medway)

R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in Greater Boston, coastal New England and the Berkshires. Our site specialists, expert masons, experienced planting crews and irrigation and lighting technicians work with our managers and estimators to deliver complex residential projects.

Qualifications:

• Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience
• Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
• Crew leaders must have ability to read plans
• Ability to lead and mentor crew members

• Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
• Reliability a must

General Requirements include:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs
